On behalf of the Standing Committee for the Scrutiny of Delegated Legislation, I give notice of my intention, at the giving of notices on the next day of sitting, to withdraw business of the Senate notice of motion No. 5 for five sitting days after today, proposing the disallowance of the Financial Sector Reform (Hayne Royal Commission Response) (Hawking of Financial Products) Regulations 2021.
