Pursuant to notice given on 30 November 2022, on behalf of the Standing Committee for the Scrutiny of Delegated Legislation I withdraw business of the Senate notice of motion No. 5, for four sitting days after today, proposing the disallowance of the Financial Sector Reform (Hayne Royal Commission Response) (Hawking of Financial Products) Regulations 2021.
