Pursuant to notice given on 29 March 2023 on behalf of the Standing Committee for the Scrutiny of Delegated Legislation, I withdraw business of the Senate notice of motion No. 1, proposing the disallowance of the Telecommunications Amendment (Disclosure of Information for the Purpose of Cyber Security) Regulations 2022, to the next sitting day, and business of the Senate notice of motion No. 1, proposing the disallowance of the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission Amendment (Code of Conduct and Banning Orders) Rules 2022, for four sitting days after today.
