Pursuant to notice given on 1 August 2023 on behalf of the Standing Committee for the Scrutiny of Delegated Legislation, I withdraw business of the Senate notices of motion Nos 1 and 2 for today, proposing the disallowance of the Corporations Amendment (Litigation Funding) Regulations 2022 and the Treasury Laws Amendment (Rationalising ASIC Instruments) Regulations 2022. I also withdraw business of the Senate notice of motion No. 1 for five sitting days after today, proposing the disallowance of the Corporations Amendment (Design and Distributions Obligations—Income Management Regimes) Regulations 2023.
