At the request of Senator Gallagher, I move:

That on 3 August 2023, after motions to take note of answers or at 3.45 pm, whichever is earlier, the notice of motion proposing the disallowance of subsections 8(3) to 8(8) of the Social Security (Tables for the Assessment of Work-related Impairment for Disability Support Pension) Determination 2023 be called on and considered for not longer than 30 minutes, after which the question be put.
