On behalf of the Standing Committee for the Scrutiny of Delegated Legislation, I give notice of my intention, at the giving of notices this afternoon, to withdraw business of the Senate motion No. 1 for today proposing the disallowance of the Competition and Consumer Gas Market Code (Regulations) 2023.
