Pursuant to notice given on 28 February, on behalf of the Standing Committee for the Scrutiny of Delegated Legislation I withdraw business of the Senate notice of motion No. 2 for six sitting days after today, proposing the disallowance of the Financial Framework (Supplementary Powers) Amendment (Attorney-General's Portfolio Measures No. 1) Regulations 2023.
