On behalf of the Chair of the Standing Committee for the Scrutiny of Delegated Legislation, and pursuant to the notice given on 20 March 2024, I withdraw business of the Senate notice of motion No. 1 for two sitting days after today, proposing the disallowance of the Migration Amendment (Biosecurity Contravention) Regulations 2023.
