At the request of Senator Whish-Wilson, I move:

That there be laid on the table by the Minister representing the Minister for the Environment and Water, by no later than 10 am on Tuesday, 8 October 2024:

(a) any written correspondence and documentation between the Minister for the Environment and Water, the Department of Climate Change, Energy, the Environment and Water and ACEN Australia (and its parent company Ayala), related to the impacts and management of Tasmanian devil populations on Robbins Island, Tasmania, including any provisions for offset covenanted Tasmanian devil habitat; and

(b) any written correspondence and documentation related to the impacts and management of Tasmanian devil populations on Robbins Island, Tasmania between ACEN Australia (and its parent company Ayala) and ministerial offices and departments prior to the commencement of the 47th Parliament.
