I move:

That there be laid on the table by the Minister representing the Minister for the Environment and Water, by no later than midday on Monday, 16 September 2024, the statement of reasons by the Minister for the Environment and Water in respect of her declaration on the tailings dam of the McPhillamys Gold Project, under section 10 of the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Heritage Protection Act 1984.
