I move:

That there be laid on the table by the Minister representing the Minister for the Environment and Water, by no later than midday on Tuesday, 8 October 2024:

(a) all correspondence between the Minister for the Environment and Water (the minister) and the Wiradyuri Traditional Owners Central West Aboriginal Corporation since 1 March 2024;

(b) all correspondence between the minister and the Prime Minister and his office in relation to the McPhillamys Gold Project;

(c) all correspondence between the Department of Climate Change, Energy, the Environment and Water and the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet in relation to the McPhillamys Gold Project;

(d) all correspondence between the minister and the New South Wales (NSW) Minister for the Environment, the Minister for Heritage, the Minister for Climate Change and the Minister for Energy in relation to the McPhillamys Gold Project;

(e) all correspondence between the minister and the NSW Minister for Finance, the Minister for Domestic Manufacturing and Government Procurement, and the Minister for Natural Resources; and

(f) all correspondence between the minister and the Premier of New South Wales in relation to the McPhillamys Gold Project.
