ROBERTS () (): I move:

That—

(a) the Senate notes that:

(i) order for the production of documents no. 580 required the Minister representing the Minister for Infrastructure, Transport, Regional Development and Local Government to table certain Civil Aviation Safety Authority permits in respect of helicopter flights relating to the national fire ant eradication program by no later than midday on 21 August 2024, and

(ii) the order was not complied with by the deadline; and

(b) there be laid on the table by the Minister representing the Minister for Infrastructure, Transport, Regional Development and Local Government, by no later than midday on 11 September 2024, all documents required by order for the production of documents no. 580.
