I move:

That the Senate—

(a) notes that:

(i) order for the production of documents no. 580, which required the Minister representing the Minister for Infrastructure, Transport, Regional Development and Local Government to table certain Civil Aviation Safety Authority permits in respect of helicopter flights relating to the national fire ant eradication program by no later than midday on 21 August 2024, was not complied with by the deadline, and

(ii) order for the production of documents no. 595, which required the Minister representing the Minister for Infrastructure, Transport, Regional Development and Local Government to table, by no later than midday on 11 September 2024, all documents required by order for the production of documents no. 580 was responded to but not complied with; and

(b) orders that there be laid on the table by the Minister representing the Minister for Infrastructure, Transport, Regional Development and Local Government, by no later than midday on 17 September 2024, all documents including the permits with conditions as required by orders for the production of documents nos 580 and 595.
