We are dealing with the deferred vote from yesterday evening on the amendment moved by Senator McKim. The question is that the second reading amendment as put by Senator McKim on sheet 2904 be put.

The effect of that amendment is that the bill won't be read a second time. The question is that the motion for the second reading as amended be agreed to.
