At the request of Senator Henderson, I move:

That the Senate—

(a) notes that:

(i) on 28 November 2024, the Minister for Education requested more time to comply with order for the production of documents no. 719, relating to drafts of the Universities Accord final report, and

(ii) a response has not yet been provided and therefore the Minister representing the Minister for Education has failed to comply with the order; and

(b) requires the Minister representing the Minister for Education to comply with the order by no later than 4 pm on 12 February 2025.
