Department of Infrastructure, Transport, Regional Development, Communications and the Arts; Order for the Production of Documents

At the request of Senator McKenzie, I move:

That the Senate—

(a) notes that the Minister representing the Minister for Infrastructure, Transport, Regional Development and Local Government has failed to comply with:

(i) order for the production of documents no. 756, agreed to on 6 February 2025, relating to Rex Airlines,

(ii) order for the production of documents no. 761, agreed to on 6 February 2025, relating to the Stronger Communities Program, and

(iii) order for the production of documents no. 762, agreed to on 6 February 2025, relating to Federation Funding Agreements; and

(b) requires the Minister representing the Minister for Infrastructure, Transport, Regional Development and Local Government to comply with the orders by no later than midday on Wednesday, 12 February 2025.
